My father’s issues

I keep hearing my father talking about how to get a refinance auto loan with bad credit. I have no idea what he means but it sounds pretty illegal to me. I am worried because it wouldn’t be the first time my father does something illegal. He had been in jail for almost two years. My mom loves him a lot because she waited for him all this time. The fact is that he loves her too and he is a really smart man. The only problem that my father has is that he hates law and rules.
