Always use a dialing code

When calling outside the county through the old classic method, you have to know some particularities first. Each county is divided into several other small regions or counties. Each one of these regions has its own code, more precisely a dialing code which is supposed to be used each time you make a phone call. If you do not know the respective code, you are not able to make the call as it should. You may want to consult some lists to know for sure.
